Personal Profile

The owner (Solly Matheba) has more than 15 years experience in HR, with more interest on selection & recruitment, labour relations and Employment Equity. This is built on a solid academic foundation with the following qualifications: BA Psychology and Sociology (UNISA), BA HONS Psychology (UP), PG Dipl Human Resource Management (UJ), PG Dipl Labour Law (UJ) and currently 3rd year Master of Business Leadership (UNISA).

Solly is a registered Psychometrist with the Health Professions Council of South Africa. He is also an active member of the Institute of People Management (IPM). He is past chairperson of the Pretoria Branch of the IPM, a portfolio which he occupied for two consecutive terms and is currently in his second term as Board member of the IPM.
